 Do you deliver to all UK addresses?

Yes, we do.
Our delivery service is available to most UK postcodes. However, if you find we do not offer this service to your chosen address it is due to courier restrictions. Please try an alternative address.
 

Do you deliver to my country?

We now deliver to most European countries, and some countries worldwide.
if your country is not listed please drop us an email for a shipping quote.
 

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

Yes, we offer a delivery service on most products to British Forces Post Office (BFPO). Please refer to the BFPO website for more information on weight limitations and mail prohibitions. We aim to deliver to the relevant BFPO collation centre within 4 working days. Delivery timescales to the final destination will vary depending on the BFPO timetable, but it is usually within 30 days. Please refer to the BFPO enquiries team for more information.


How long do standard deliveries take?
Standard delivery, 3-5 working days
 

We aim to deliver within 4 working days. Usually between 9am and 6pm.


What happens if I am out when the courier comes?

No problem. Our couriers will attempt to redeliver your parcel 3 times, after that they will place a card through your door to let you know that they have been, with instructions for further steps, you can take to get your parcel.


Can I order a delivery to go to my place of work, or another address?

Yes, when ordering, please put in the delivery address you wish your order to be delivered to.


What are the normal delivery times?

Products can be delivered by our courier at any time of day between 9am and 5pm.

Can I leave instructions for the driver to leave the item safe i.e. by a neighbors etc.? 

This service is only available for orders of 4 bottles or more.

Do you offer discounted delivery or discounted delivery for very large orders? 

Yes, just contact us by email and we can sort something out.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled, depending on whether it has been dispatched or not.  If your order has been dispatched, and you do not want your order, please wait for your order to arrive and then follow the returns process.

 
My UK order is late, what should I do?

Sometimes things do go wrong, and if your parcel has not arrived as expected please accept our apologies.
If your parcel is more than 2 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer services team here.


What is the returns, exchange and refunds policy?

Subject to exceptions, Satisfood is happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of delivery, Your refund will be credited to the original payment card.
 
Please drop us an email, to let us know that you would like to return your items, and the reason, so that we can give you a returns number.
 
Unwanted goods must be returned at your cost within 14 days of receipt and must be returned unopened and in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Your card will be refunded on receipt of the returned items.
 
Untill your returned item has arrived to us, it is your responsibility, please use a tracking service, and make sure the item is wrapped well.
 
My Order arrived, damaged? 
Customers will have to provide photographic evidence, of damaged orders, within 3 working days of receiving the order, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
